Terms of Use

1. Who provides the game

These terms govern the Echo Loop game, its online service and this website. The provider is Motkan LLC, at the postal address in our Legal Notice. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Motkan LLC.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter this agreement in your location, a parent or guardian must give permission and supervise use. Applicable Apple or Google store terms also govern your download and purchases.

The game is currently preparing for its store launch. Screenshots show actual current gameplay. The homepage links to store listings when they are available.

2. Free play and Full Loop

The free experience includes chapter one, the first laser room of chapter two and today's daily puzzle. Free hints are limited, with an additional hint earned for completing a daily puzzle.

Full Loop is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all three chapters, the daily archive for the last 60 days, unlimited hints and additional profile cosmetics. It has no recurring charge. The current localized price and included access are shown in the app before purchase.

Access is verified through your store and RevenueCat. Store restoration may recover a valid entitlement with the original store account. It does not restore local puzzle progress, guarantee a transfer between Apple's and Google's stores, or recover an anonymous online profile. The current version has no linked Apple/Google game accounts or cross-device progress recovery.

3. Payment, restoration and refunds

Apple or Google processes payment when you authorize a purchase through your store account. You are responsible for purchases you authorize, including any applicable taxes shown by the store. We do not collect your full payment-card details.

To restore Full Loop, connect to the internet and choose Restore purchases using the store account that made the purchase. Store approval, pending payment or verification can delay access. If a payment appears on your statement but access is missing, check its status and try restoring before purchasing again, then contact info@motkan.com if needed.

Refunds and any applicable cancellation rights follow the relevant store process and the law that protects you. See Apple's refund instructions or Google Play's refund instructions. A refund or revocation can remove Full Loop access and paid cosmetics. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or limit statutory rights.

4. Accounts and fair play

The game uses a generated device-based online account. Protect your device and app storage. Friend codes are invitations, not credentials. Clearing storage, reinstalling or losing a device can prevent access to that anonymous online profile.

Online profiles and results may be shown to other players. Use an appropriate nickname, respect other players and avoid including personal details you want to keep private. Do not impersonate others, harass players, submit unlawful content, disrupt the service, forge scores or entitlement claims, or attempt to obtain another account's private information.

The server validates submitted move recordings and can reject invalid scores. Leaderboards, weekly arenas and duels are recreational features. They do not have cash stakes or promised monetary prizes. We may remove invalid results or abusive profiles and restrict access where reasonably needed to protect players and the service.

5. Game license and submissions

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, we grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game and use its features. Ownership of the game, puzzles, original assets, music, sound and interface remains with Motkan LLC or its licensors. Third-party components retain their applicable licenses.

You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots or recordings for personal discussion, reviews or streaming, provided you do not misrepresent ownership, disclose another player's private information or distribute the game's assets as a substitute product.

You retain any rights you have in profile text and submitted recordings. You give us permission to store, validate and display those submissions as necessary for the online features you use, including authorized replays. The Privacy Policy and data-deletion instructions explain how to request removal of personal information.

6. Updates, availability and local progress

The chapter puzzles work offline. Online play, new purchases and store restoration depend on a connection and available third-party services. We may provide updates, correct errors, maintain servers and change online contests. Availability can vary during outages, maintenance or compatibility changes.

Keep a supported version installed. The one-time payment model does not promise perpetual operation of every network feature. If we materially change or end a paid service, we will provide any notice, remedy or refund required by applicable law.

Protect your local data and check device backup settings. Local progress is not currently synchronized to a linked game account. We cannot promise recovery after app storage or a device is lost.

7. Ending use or deleting an account

You can stop using the game at any time. You can request deletion of an online profile through Account & Data Deletion. Uninstalling alone does not remove server data, and account deletion alone does not refund a store purchase.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, unlawful use or a substantial security risk, subject to applicable law. We will act proportionately and explain the available contact or review route where appropriate. Contact info@motkan.com if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

8. Consumer rights, responsibility and law

We provide the service with the care required by applicable law. Online or technical failures can occur, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every device configuration will be supported.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. This includes mandatory consumer guarantees and any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Any permitted limitation applies only to the extent the relevant law allows it.

Where a governing-law choice is permitted, these terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without displacing mandatory protections in your place of residence. You retain access to the courts, authorities and remedies available under applicable consumer law. These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive rights that the law protects.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise the terms to reflect changes to the game or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be notified where required; any further agreement required by law will be sought before those changes apply.
